In a recent account review, as an icebreaker activity, our team asked everyone in attendance to share their favorite rock genre song. Days later, our team sent over this follow up email to stay connected. What follows may just rock your world.
Not only did we get some resoundingly positive feedback with this communique, but they really appreciated the custom playlist based on everyone’s answers. While playlists don’t take much effort to curate, the response wasn’t about the playlist. Just like most times, the response to the gift isn’t about the gift. The impact came from the thought and time that went into it.
