Our team builds engagement tools for many to help drive sales team performance. And so, we ran our own to fire up our team and drive the team to come together to exceed their quarterly sales targets.

To announce the 2-month long campaign, we sent them a “Level Up" kit that included a gamer-inspired t-shirt, a mug, and an insert explaining the guidelines.

The team was able to advance in the game to the next level by earning points for conducting demonstrations on our Virtual Engagement tool, our Recognition platform, our Rewards tool, our Pop-up Shop solution... well, you get the idea.
