Octo wanted to engage their own team in the design and selection of their latest apparel piece. They hosted a design contest within their team in which employees were encouraged to create their own custom designs.
T-shirt submissions were shared across the company and the fan-favorite, once selected, was built into a pop-up shop.
The team at Octo used the pop-up shop to collect each individual's preferred size and color, as well as preferred ship-to location.
In just a few weeks, team members had their chosen Ts delivered to their homes along with the add-on gift of a matching Octo mask.
