The team receives both the kudos and points they can redeem for gifts. As the program grew, Human Resources found themselves ordering gifts by the truckload and storage space became a challenge. Now their gift selection is hosted online, and inventory is held in our central warehouse - today the Wellstar Health WOW site exists to provide a simple ordering, inventory, and distribution center for WOW program facilitators.
