In the early days of the COVID outbreak, our agents friends at Allstate were seeking ways to make our world feel somewhat normal. Together we helped their agents reconnect with their clients, building a campaign that expressed their understanding of what each of us were facing day in and day out. Through our Teddy Bear Snuggles Campaign, we created and incentivized the Allstate Agents with an online portal where they could share what they were doing to reach into their respective communities and be rewarded for the most heart warming stories, with gifts, such as these teddy bears that they could send out to the people in their communities.
For a series of weeks, we highlighted the 5 most endearing agent stories on the e-commerce site we host for Allstate's Agents. Agents whose stories were selected received a number of Client Care Kits which included an Allstate Beanie Brown Bear, a pack of note cards, and envelopes to enable them to write hand-written notes to their community members. Agents were not only given an outlet to express themselves but also a reason to reach out to their clients and check in with a thoughtful and supportive message.
