Over the Summer, Summit Group’s 3 divisions participated in a Health & Wellness month, where all of our associates were constantly challenged to exceed their fitness goals and live an overall healthier lifestyle. Even after the summer, Summit continues to challenge its associates to find ways to incorporate exercise into the workplace.
When you walk around the Summit DC office, you’ll notice that chairs are pushed aside throughout the day, while associates opt for a slightly different piece of “furniture” – the exercise ball! By doing so, both your posture and balance improve, you strengthen your core muscles, and by bouncing around, you’re more awake and burning calories! What’s not to love?
