Coca ColaSummit Group developed an incentive program that rewarded Coca-Cola foodservice business units who agreed to a full year of distributing Coca-Cola products in their establishments. In order to do this, Summit had to determine a way to encourage customer conversion.

Was it through high-end premiums prizes? Or did Summit take a different direction with Coca-Cola in securing new business?
